Site Measurement
Our team comes to your site to take precise measurements and make sure we have everything needed for a seamless installation. Where appropriate, we use laser scanning technology to capture accurate measurements, even in difficult-to-reach areas. This attention to detail helps minimise uncertainty and rework, so we can get it right the first time.
3D Modelling
Our in-house design team models your project in 3D, allowing us to refine the details before fabrication begins. We'll send through shop drawings for your approval, giving you the opportunity to review everything and request any changes before we move into fabrication.
Fabrication
All fabrication is done by our local team in our Kuluin workshop, working from the approved drawings. Our fabricators build each job to the specifications, with careful attention to accuracy, clean welds and a quality finish.
Powder Coating
We work with the top powder coating specialists on the Sunshine Coast to deliver a premium, durable finish in your specified colour.
Installation
Our installation team completes the job on site, making sure everything is fitted correctly and finished to the approved drawings. Where engineering certification applies, such as with balustrades, we install to the specified requirements so everything is safe and compliant.
