PRANA is a riverfront apartment building on Bradman Avenue in Maroochydore, where we delivered a range of custom metalwork throughout the build. Laminated glass balustrading in both clear and translucent finishes spans the front and rear balconies across every level, with all balustrading engineering certified.
The standout feature is the series of vertical window hoods extending along both sides of the building across every level. Highly visible from the street, the hoods add depth and definition to the façade, alongside additional horizontal window hoods throughout.
At the rear pool area, we provided a custom pergola and acoustic pool fencing to meet the required acoustic regulations, along with stainless steel handrails, unit gates and batten screening.
